About Parkside Condominiums

Parkside Condominiums is a small, 14-unit residential condominium building located across from the lively, but peaceful Hamilton Park, in the historic district of the same name. Originally built as a convent for St. Michael's Parish cathedral, next door, it features a level of craftsmanship in its masonry and details that is difficult to find anymore, and has made its way onto the National Register of Historic Places.

And our wonderful building is as tranquil and peaceful as it is beautiful, and offers free washer and dryer appliances to its residents, as well as private storage for unit owners in the basement, all secured by a closed-circuit security camera system.
